Post-call analytics supports the creation of custom categories, enabling you to tailor your transcript analyses to best suit your specific business needs. You can create as many categories as you like to cover a range of different scenarios. For each category you create, you must create between 1 and 20 rules. Each rule is based on one of four criteria: interruptions, keywords, non-talk time, or sentiment. Email support@contact-iq.com for the addition of post-call analytics categories.

Your data is encrypted at rest and processed in a secure, private AWS account, ensuring high-level protection and confidentiality.

Our pricing is flexible and usage-based, starting at $250 per month with no long-term commitments. This includes the private account and essential services for delivering the solution. An additional charge of $0.15 per minute is applied for call recording analysis, based on the total minutes processed.
