On the Business plan, your people can sign in to the console and the app with your organization's identity provider, using SAML or OpenID Connect, instead of a Standby password.

Setting it up

Single sign-on is set up by Contact-IQ with you. Email hello@contact-iq.com with your workspace code and identity provider. We'll send the details your provider needs, and set up your workspace once you've added Standby as an application.

Once it's on

• People sign in with Continue to your provider, in the console and the app.
• Admins you've already invited by email keep their admin role when they first sign in this way. Anyone else signing in becomes a member.
• Multi-factor authentication is whatever your provider requires.
